Privacy policy

This policy explains what the Kavacito website collects, why, and who else sees it. The short version: we collect your details only when you apply for a job or write to us, and we use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to measure visits and show our ads to people who have visited. Effective October 20, 2026.

Who we are

What we collect

• Job applications. Whatever you email us when you apply: your name, contact details, the message you write and the resume you attach. Applications arrive by email, and nothing is stored on this website.
• Messages you send us. Whatever you include when you email, call or text the kiosk.
• Server logs. Our web host records the IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of each visit, as every web server does, for security and to keep the site running.

We have no accounts, no online ordering, no newsletter and no payment forms on this site. Please do not send us your Social Security number, driver license number or financial account numbers.

How we use it

Applications are read by the people who hire at the kiosk and used only when we decide whom to interview and hire. Messages are used to answer you. We do not sell personal information and we do not use application details for marketing.

How long we keep it

Resumes and application emails are kept only as long as we need them to fill the role, then deleted. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at kavacitollc@gmail.com.

Third parties that deliver this page

• Google Fonts. The typefaces load from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address and browser details when the page loads. Google privacy policy.
• unpkg. The icon font loads from the unpkg content delivery network, which receives the same request details.
• Google Maps. The maps on the home and location pages load only when you press the button to load them. When you do, Google receives your IP address and may set cookies. The address and directions link work without the map.
• Google Analytics. Measures visits, pages viewed, device type and the rough location your IP address points to, through cookies set by Google. How Google uses this data. You can block it with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
• Meta Pixel. Records that you visited this site so Meta can show our ads to you on Instagram and Facebook and measure them. Meta receives your IP address, browser details and the pages you viewed, and may match them to your Meta account. Meta privacy policy. Adjust what you see in Meta ad preferences.
• Instagram. Links to our Instagram are plain links, and Meta’s policy applies once you click one.
• Email and hosting providers. Our mailbox and web host process messages and logs on our behalf. Under Florida law they must tell us within ten days if they suffer a breach involving your information.

Cookies and tracking

Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel set cookies and similar identifiers in your browser to recognize repeat visits and to tie a visit to an ad you saw. We use them to count visitors, see which pages people read, and show Kavacito ads on Instagram and Facebook to people who have been here. We do not pass sensitive information to either tool. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, and the site still works without them. Blocking cookies also stops the opt-out add-on above from being needed.

Security and disposal

We keep application emails in a password-protected mailbox and delete them when they are no longer needed, as the Florida Information Protection Act requires. If a breach ever affects your personal information, we will notify you as soon as practicable and within thirty days, as that law requires.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Job applicants must be of working age.

Your choices

Email kavacitollc@gmail.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We answer within thirty days. To stop analytics and ad measurement, use the Google and Meta controls linked above or block cookies in your browser. We send no marketing email or texts today. If we start, you will be asked to opt in first, every message will carry a working unsubscribe, and texts will follow the consent rules in federal and Florida law.

Accessibility

We build this site to the WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines: text alternatives on images, keyboard access, labeled form fields and readable contrast. If something does not work for you, email kavacitollc@gmail.com and we will fix it or get you the information another way.

Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted here for thirty days.
